This directory, www.cze.com/ppp, contains the demo version of the Plot Parameter Program.

The Plot Parameter Program is an Autolisp application for use with AutoCAD. It automates manipulation of layer sets and other various drawing parameters. It also automatically plots multiple sheets from one or more drawings.

Many 3D models use a multitude of layers which can become rather cumbersome to manipulate. Those same models often require several plots to properly illustrate the model. These plots might be at different scales, use different sets of layers, linetypes, dimscales, etc. The Plot Parameter Program makes all of this easier

The Plot Parameter Program allows you to save sets of parameters and name those sets. You can then restore those sets of parameters to an active state or use them to plot various parts of your 3D model or drawing. Various tools are built into PPP to make your day easier. You can edit the sets of parameters, merge sets of layers, automatically update layer sets, make global changes to al sets of paramters, and more!

This time saving program also lets you select sets of parameters graphically. Thumbnail images of the various sets can be clicked on to restore select that set for plotting.

One of the handiest features of the Plot Paramter Program is its ability to save plotting parameters. It lets you specify what to plot, like View, Window, etc., as well as things like Linetype scale. You can even tell it which plotting device to use. These features are handy for the experienced AutoCAD user, but they are imperative for the novice. With PPP, even the boss can create a plot from an existing drawing file!
